The Skelly should be detailed, but not like UBER detailed so much so that it's a hassle to read. Somewhere in the middle, I'm guessing.

• Must listen to Bailey Bunny, -Kate, and Serendipity-Rae. They are the owners, they have the power.
  
• You have a maximum character limit of two. No more than two, please?
  
• Be respectful of others. We don't need any fights here. We're here to roleplay, not read your drama.
  
• Please make your posts long. Long to us is about (yay amount of sentences). This is a literate roleplay. We expect long posts!
  
• Try and stick to the story. It's not fun if it's not sticking to the storyline!
  
• We don't care if you swear. Just try to keep it to a minimum.

Rules
1.] The owner of this RolePlay (Bailey) has the final say in everything. The co-owners (Serendipity and Kate) are in charge when the owner is away.
2.] This is a literate RolePlay. This means that correct grammar, spelling, punctuation and word usage are all requirements.
3.] Drama is the key ingredient that keeps a RolePlay alive, but don't go overboard and get crazy. Remember that the main storyline should be the focus of most of the drama.
4.] There is a character limit of two characters per member. Also, the genders need to be even, so if you already have a female, create a male and vice versa.
5.] Sex WILL fade to black or you will be reported to Guard.
6.] Cussing is allowed, but don't go and drop f-bombs every sentence. It isn't nessicary.
7.] Please use the Skelly that has been provided. It has the information that is needed for you to be accepted.
8.] Any and all OOC fights will not be tolerated. It's just plain immature and takes up space on the forums. So, please, at the very least take it somewhere else.
9.] More rules can be added if need be.

I kinda' like Serendipity's rules better... Less intimidating and a little more casual. xD Uh, for the Skelly, the only thing you need to add is the human/alien distinction.

hm ok. i have one thing.
how about we explain the difference between alien and human. so they know the basic stuff. it doesn't excatly explain it in the short story, so how about me make a whole new category for it?

Yeah, I completely forgot about explaining the aliens. Defiantly should do that...

someone can explain the aliens, and i could explain the humans. not much to writ eon the humans, but it's good to put it just in case.

Ughflabdoodleploosh. This may not be as good as it could be, but, here's what I got.

The Outsiders-
Outsider's are not from Earth, nor are they human. They are from another planet, but seem to look almost exactly like an average human. They tend to age much slower than humans, so most appear to be in their late teens or early twenties. Each Outsider has been gifted with a small ability that defines who they are (notice I say SMALL). This gift can range from seeing sound as colors to an increased strength. Something that links all Outsiders is the color of their eyes. Every Outsider has a pair of eyes with vibrant, almost impossible hues ranging from violet to yellow.
However, the Outsiders live by a strict ruling system that is dominated by one law: Never tell a human what you are. The punishments for doing so have been known to be severe.
