Naomi: I was sleeping peacefully,I hadnt expect it but then i felt a sudden sick feeling.I got up and hurried to the bathroom.Not feeling good.The door closed behind me.I held my own hair back.and I gasped for air.I got up,flushing I washed oout my mouth and brushed my teeth and then I looked up at myself in the mirror..i looked alittle sick.

I was out for a run in the woods which I hadent down for a long time. It was nice to feel the air hit against me as I ran.
